1. Services
IQ4X4 Fitting & Accessories provides installation of 4x4 accessories, including roller covers, snorkels, dual battery systems, bullbars, side steps and related accessories.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection and may vary from estimates. Typical jobs range from $650 to $5,000+. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit amount is specified at booking. The balance is due on completion. We accept bank transfer, cash and major credit cards.
4. Warranties
Installation workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty. This excludes misuse, accidents, modifications and normal wear and tear. Product warranties are provided separately by manufacturers. IQ4X4 can assist with claims.
5. Service Area & Travel
We service Perth and areas within a 40km radius of the CBD. Call-out and travel fees may apply and will be confirmed in your quote.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Make your vehicle available at the agreed time and location, provide accurate vehicle and accessory information, disclose known vehicle issues, and ensure accessory compatibility.
7. Cancellations
48 hours notice is required. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. IQ4X4 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability
IQ4X4 is not liable for pre-existing vehicle defects or damage, consequential losses or damages, issues arising from customer-supplied accessories, or manufacturer product defects.
